The kids' school did a Read-a-Thon back in September to raise money. Basically, they had 2 weeks to record their minutes of reading and get pledges based on how many minutes the read. This week in library, they are giving out awards for most minutes read, most money raised, etc.
Cameron brought home a certificate on Monday. She raised the most money in her class. Today, Luke brought home a medal - he says he had the most minutes read in his class, but I suspect that he actually raised the most money instead. Logan hasn't been to library this week yet.
They get to go to a pizza party on a Sunday afternoon in November. I think it's at Jump 'n Jive.

Tell Luke Granny is so proud of him. He looks so grown up with the medal around his neck.
Note the Rice Crispies on the table behind him. Luke would have Rice Crispies at every meal if we allowed it.
